GROW
Welcome to the GROW campaign. We’ve identified the major problems that exist within the global food system – now we all need to work together to create a better future. This is a place for you to tell us what you would like to do.
You can tell us topics, issues or areas that you’d like us to campaign on. Or ideas for stunts, campaigns and actions. Or just share your thoughts on the GROW campaign!

To assist with the food growing
When on the fore shore got develpted in my home town they were going on about TERRACOTTOM which was a volcanic rock with other nutrients to help undernurrished soils. They have done studies over in countries where nothing grows and it helps the soil accept new plants and maintain them also. May be some one should investigate this option ?

start with the big supermarket and the big fast food retailers such as McDonald, KFC with the incorporation of bank's work. It can be like customers can trade for a voucher, issued by the retailers, if they swap for a smaller portion of chips or take the drink off the meal simply because they understand they are not able to finish the lot. Helping stop Coal Seam Gas Mining ("fracking") in Australia
It is a human rights violation that our government in Australia is even considering this. Mining practices that will rapidly toxify vast tracts of prime agricultural land, make it geologically unstable and basically void landholders rights to privacy, safe/stable land (their income, in a lot of cases), clean usable water, and the ability to produce food for the themselves or the wider community, all with no negatives for the mining companies. All for some quick money. We may soon be needing Oxfam's community aid in our own backyard.

I think we should try to focus on popular 'gift' holidays and get media exposure to make a movement towards buying gifts for the world on behalf of their loved ones. I have heard a number of people being dissatisfied with gifts and these people are good hearted people. The thing is things dont buy happiness.
